Commercial premises and a parking lot for 500 vehicles

We maximised the square footage of the site with a multi-storey design that integrates parking, retail, restaurants and a large rooftop terrace. Its undulating façade creates a skin that wraps around the entire structure, with geometric panels that provide a lot of movement and simulate a huge modern mosaic, a typical symbol of Arab architecture. This piece also allows natural ventilation of the building through thousands of slits to let in natural light, bringing brightness to the exterior at night.
