We are proposing a new typological conception, the multi-family flat or single-family high-rise dwelling, as each module is made up of only four dwellings that share a common area and parking spaces in the basement to add the advantages of a flat to the free areas of a single-family dwelling. The interior spaces are as important as the exterior, taking special care of their integration: from the inside with individual swimming pools in the garden or solarium; and from the outside with a communal swimming pool with beach access, jacuzzi, waterfalls and cascades.
