Proposal for the execution of an office project

We present a proposal that aims for the natural integration of an iconic building in one of the best locations in Malaga. To this end, we propose a concept of a patio in height on the south-east façade, thanks to which the offices appropriate a fragment of exterior space as an extension and inseparable part of the interior. These transition spaces enhance the natural environmental regulation of the building to achieve thermal comfort through vegetation, shading (in summer), solar radiation (in winter) and cross ventilation between the south façade and the patios on the north façade.
