Development of an innovative commercial space for Nike Málaga and our client, Grupo Casado. This project gives life to a modern complex divided into two large premises, conceived to house a shop and a gymnasium, as well as 143 surface parking spaces. With a design that balances functionality and aesthetics, the proposal prioritizes accessibility and compliance with the highest standards of construction quality. It also incorporates sustainable measures such as aerothermal energy for the production of domestic hot water, efficient lighting systems and an envelope optimized to reduce energy demand.
