Its most singular architectural value is the simplicity of its forms, which give it the appearance of a ship run aground on the seashore. Its covered and uncovered terraces propose a play of light and shadow that changes according to the incidence of the sun, generating an effect of "movement" in height. This effect is accentuated by a singular skin formed by strips of striped white concrete, transparent and curved glass in the corners, and joinery that resembles rays of light projected from the inside to the outside.
