This residential complex is made up of two plots of 77 homes each, distributed in seven blocks. To give the homes views of the sea and natural light into the living room, the buildings were arranged in south-facing rows (with parallel rows of benches to adapt to the topography), which also makes the homes more energy-efficient. In addition, the design encourages the integration of the complex into its surroundings, with a modern and sophisticated architecture that opens up to the natural beauty that surrounds it.
