Partial Plan, Urbanization Project and design of 900 dwellings.

Development of 900 homes, most of them for rent, with spacious green areas, sports circuits and shopping areas. The design of the blocks of flats maximises the views and incorporates the surrounding green areas, so that the interior open space extends outwards, promoting sporting activity and outdoor life. It also seeks to increase the natural light and energy efficiency of the dwellings by providing them with large windows and a layout that allows for cross ventilation.
