Student residence with 200 accommodation units

The design prioritises the integration of the building into the avenue on which it stands, in the heart of Seville's historic centre, so the exterior façade is configured on the basis of a double skin using different tones (within the range of green) selected from the surroundings, and the sloping roof has also been made with flat green tiles. In addition, the pattern of vertical lines of the façade is also designed to enhance the mimicry with the environment, giving it the appearance of a grove of trees.
