Modernity and sustainability come together in this residential architecture project. On the one hand, the façade cladding stands out, giving it an avant-garde appearance, in line with the newly built area in which the plot is located, as Halia was the first project to be developed in the Torre del Río sector. On the other hand, the design seeks the almost imperceptible integration of renewable energy installations and energy saving systems.
