Development of apartments, a hotel, offices, and commercial areas
On the shores of the Persian Gulf, we proposed a project that integrates spaces for residential use, offices, a hotel and leisure areas (such as restaurants, shops and sports areas), resembling a small city. In order to give the complex a more homogeneous and "maritime" appearance, the same aesthetic thread was chosen for all the buildings: the undulating structures give them a sense of movement and dynamism, and the large windows further amplify the dimensions of the project.
