Development of apartments, a hotel, a shopping center, and various leisure areas

We conceived a space that is designed to create a point of connection between the city and Cairo airport, offering alternatives for citizens, tourists and business travellers alike. To this end, Aerocity contemplates the development of flats, a large five-star hotel, a shopping centre and numerous businesses for leisure and recreation. The project is built around a large central lake, which makes it fresh and resembles an oasis in the middle of the desert. The perimeter of the entire complex is also used as a promenade area, with terraces and bridges connecting to islands within the lake to house bars, restaurants, a lookout point and an amphitheatre.
