Urban development covering more than 6 million m² with plans for over 40,000 homes. HCP also designed the first architectural phase, comprising 6,000 homes, consolidating a model of an inclusive and sustainable city. Completed in 2022 for Promaga Ecuador, this project reflects HCP's vision of creating urban environments that improve people's lives and transform cities.
