Sunset Views

Sunset Views is a residential complex of 74 homes developed in two phases within the “La Rosilla” sector in Fuengirola. The project adapts to the site’s natural topography through a terraced layout that maximizes orientation and sea views. Its reinforced concrete structure with reticular slabs ensures stability and durability, supported by foundations of isolated footings adapted to the characteristics of the terrain. The façades, built with brick masonry and mineral wool insulation, combine energy efficiency with a sober aesthetic that resonates with the Mediterranean context. Aluminum carpentry with thermal break and double glazing enhances thermal and acoustic comfort. With flat, walkable roofs and a careful selection of materials and joints, Sunset Views stands as an example of functional and efficient architecture, perfectly integrated into the urban and climatic landscape of the Costa del Sol.
