Zeta Valley

Zeta Valley is a residential project of 67 homes designed by HCP for AEDAS Homes, located in the emerging Distrito Zeta of Málaga. The complex is set on a gentle slope, allowing the buildings to be staggered to optimize views and ensure accessibility from the surrounding streets. The building follows a linear block typology and is organized into 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes, all with energy rating A. With an innovative design that integrates nature and urban living, the project includes urban gardens, landscaped areas, swimming pools, and recreational spaces for children and pets, among other features. The architectural approach focuses on functional efficiency, optimized volumetry, and a seamless relationship with public space, aligning with the smart, sustainable, and connected community concept that defines Distrito Zeta.
