Marea is a branded residence project, a residential model that combines architectural design and brand experience to offer an exclusive lifestyle. Located in Finca Cortesín, its location takes advantage of a unique topography to guarantee panoramic views of the Mediterranean and optimal orientation in each home. The complex is organised into four staggered buildings housing 64 spacious homes with large terraces and direct access to gardens and swimming pools. HCP's design is complemented by the collaboration of Missoni Home, which brings a unique identity to the interiors and finishing details, creating a signature residential experience.
