Alma Nazarenas is a residential development of 110 homes, located on plot BC-15 in the Entrenúcleos sector of Dos Hermanas. The project is organized into two L-shaped residential blocks connected by a commercial base and a public colonnade that activates the relationship with the urban space. The stepped volumetry lightens the overall composition, encourages cross ventilation, and optimizes solar orientation, creating bright homes with spacious terraces. The master plan prioritizes pedestrian connectivity, accessibility, and construction efficiency, reflecting HCP’s commitment to contemporary, sustainable architectural solutions adapted to their urban context.
