Nestled in a privileged natural setting between the sea and the mountains, the Romero project is a residential development designed to offer a sophisticated, comfortable living experience in harmony with nature. The architecture responds to the topographical challenges of the terrain with a staggered layout that adapts to the landscape, prioritising sustainability, efficiency and the quality of the common areas. Romero has more than 6,000 m2 of landscaped areas with a carefully designed landscape intended for the enjoyment and use of all its users. It promotes and respects the native Mediterranean flora with diverse plantings and vegetation that are low in water consumption and highly efficient in irrigation to minimise environmental impact. In all the homes in the project, spaciousness has been paramount, giving rise to an elaborate design.
