Amenabar Costa Ballena

Development of two residential projects for Amenabar in Costa Ballena (Cádiz): Ocean, with 88 homes and Sea, with 174 homes. Ocean is distributed in seven three-storey buildings, designed to encourage interaction with the natural environment. Each unit has been carefully planned to maximise the efficiency of space and resources, providing a balance between architectural design and functionality. Sea, a 178 dwelling project, conceived as a high quality tourist enclave. The project is sensitively integrated into its coastal surroundings, taking advantage of its proximity to the sea and its privileged orientation. The 178 dwellings of the residential complex are distributed in 7 blocks that house a total of 14 portals.
