Located in Gavà and developed for Kronos Homes in collaboration with UNStudio, NAIA is a residential project consisting of 180 homes that combines innovative architectural design and sustainability. While UNStudio developed the concept and image of the project, at HCP we were in charge of materialising every detail, adapting it to local regulations and guaranteeing its constructive viability. The result is a unique space that makes the most of its natural surroundings, with large terraces, green areas, swimming pool and communal areas designed for enjoyment and comfort.
