The project consists of four blocks housing a total of 246 homes, storage rooms, car parks, facilities and commercial premises. One of the strong points of the project is its connection to both the beach and the Marassi Gallery, offering direct access to luxury shops and a wide range of gastronomic options. For this reason, the design seeks to enhance the sea views, which is why the façade features large windows and terraces, as well as the integration with the commercial spaces, proposing a building with refined and elegant lines, with a dynamic and modern aesthetic.
