Student residence with 357 accommodation units

The design looks to provide the maximum benefits to the users, ensuring their privacy by having 357 single rooms with a full bathroom and functional kitchen, but at the same time enhancing their experiences in community with canteen spaces, study areas, laundry and coworking. In addition, the outdoor spaces and integration with nature are the main protagonists of the project: to ventilate and illuminate the whole building we created two courtyards that generate green spaces for the use of the residents, and on the penthouse floor we designed a covered common area and an open terrace that includes a vegetable garden.
