The first mosque designed by HCP

The complex is structured around a central axis that marks the direction to Mecca, so that access to the main prayer building is through a courtyard flanked by two smaller volumes that house the ablutions rooms and the Imam's flat. The façade alternates between vertical opaque walls and openings covered by GRC lattices to allow natural light into the building.
