Residential complex of 93 housing units, parking lots and storage rooms.

This project exemplifies what it means to put future residents at the centre of the design process: on the one hand, by enhancing spaciousness and luminosity, with large windows, comfortable terraces and spacious communal areas (gardens, swimming pools, gym, wellness area and a social lounge); and on the other, by seeking energy efficiency, as the homes have an Energy A rating, which means a reduction in CO2 emissions and an energy saving of 89%.
