Its design is based on four pillars: the enjoyment of the Mediterranean climate through the orientation of all the homes towards the sea (with direct access from the complex), the large outdoor spaces, the careful integration between the communal areas and the private gardens, and the commitment to sustainability (recognised with a BREEAM certificate).
